I was looking at a vehicle inside the building for approximately 15 minutes and everyon was just standing there looking at us... I didnt want ask no one for help since they are the ones who need to be attentive to thier customers.. I made eye contact with several of the employees like “i need help here” but no one assisted me... Im glad Joe from Ed Voyles Jeep helped me!
I haven't had a problem if i need car repairs i just call and set up a appointment 😁
I agree with Julie. We worked with Tyler Grant as well and he was very easy to work with.
Their service department is the worst.
You have to be assertive and get someone's attention
