If tires are damaged yes. But with regular rotation, balance and proper alignment they should last far more than that unless your suspension is damaged

No what are the tires rated ? But even so I say no
No U shouldn't , there must be an alignment PROBLEM or tired are Dry Rot. I would replace them REGARDLESS.....21.000 is no miles for a 2015 ....
If your tires are worn out then yes you would need new tires. But if one of your service advisors at JT's Dodgeland recommended it you know you need it cuz they always do you right that's been my experience
