I believe it's an automated phone call . I'm waiting for mine to come in. I got a personal call about my contacts yesterday.
Yeah they call and the time window really is between 7 to 14 business day. Took them just about two weeks till I got mine but my wife's came in like 8 days
I recieved a phone call and a email but no text message, the only time I received a text was to confirm my appointment.
