I'm not sure, I wasn't happ with them. We had a sick dog and they wouldn't help until you "signed a package" (contract). They will keep pushing a contract at you until you are in duress. Once you commit to a contract they are very energetic and willing to help. Please call around and choose who you are most comfortable. There are several around between sandhills and 601.
I'm not sure what clinic you are referring to "Thelast one" because we have no packages or contracts at all. There are many other clinics that do that and there is another clinic across the street from us, but that definitely wasn't us! I'm so sorry you had to go through that, especially when you were already in a horrible situation
