I have a son who deals with PTSD, social anxieties, bipolar disorder, & schizophrenia. He doesn't like to take medications. Says they make him sick & feel strange. Is there an alternative to the meds & can I bring him in for someone to talk to?

There is always an alternative to medications. Sometimes its finding the right ones. I have had personal experience with Riveredge and they will work with you on what is best for him. He may need a change in medication. Just be up front with how they make him feel and talk with the dr. But you can bring him there and they will help you find a solution.

I took a natural approach to treatment with out meds. There are certain classes he can take to help with copin skills, life skills, and mental health management.
