They have offered service for a few years. Because it is a Magnolia location they have techs on staff. I have multiple plasma from there including a Panasonic ZT65 and VT60 that had to have the HDMI board replaced after a freak lightning surge went through them, even though i have all quality protectors on them. They came to my house and replaced them due to warranty but they do work on them. This is the only store i buy my high end equipment from because it has a Magnolia room
