Do you charge by the month or by the visit. And if so how much.

Initial visits generally cost a little over $100 which includes x-rays, consultation on said x-rays, adjustment, and individualized treatment afterwards (i.e. rolling bed, TENS unit and ice treatment, etc.). After the initial, it's typically $40 per visit if I remember correctly.

Definitely by the visit and the initial visit is more expensive because they do x-rays on everyone but if you can't pay it all they do payments as well. Their very helpful
