It's a huge open space and, because of the vegetation, it can get hard to keep an eye on your pup. We haven't issues with aggressive dogs here in the past, but they certainly exist. Maybe take your little one to a smaller park, like Park Grounds, if you'd like to keep a close eye on him or her.
Its just one space. A word of caution: its a beautiful park, but many people bring their untrained large dogs there. We've had many instances where our shyer small dogs were hounded and almost hurt with owners nowhere to be found. If you can get away from the main entrance, there is a wooded area to the left where hardly anyone goes that is very nice.
There is not a separate section for small dogs. Many people bring there small dogs to play with the other dogs.
Would 5 month puppy be safe amongst the adult dogs
What about small dogs
No. I took my son's small dog and it enjoyed hanging with the big dogs.
It s a very large space, but I don't think there is a separate section for smaller dogs.
