Why dont you have an answering machine that allows your customers to leave a message rather than a useless after hours company that is completely worthless?

I have never any any problems in reaching their office. My late husband and I have been thoroughly satisfied. They were the only ones who diagnosed my skin eruptions. My internist and gyn weren't helpful. Cola skin clinic nailed it and my problem is getting solved

With reference to the obvious frustration endured by at least two people in trying to communicate with these doctors, I can only say this: I endured the same unpleasant experience with their "answering service" as the others. Further, when calling during regular hours the experience was no more rewarding. The receptionist or whoever answered the phone insisted on playing the "who are you game" to the point of requiring name, DOB, phone, address and SSN. Finally when I said I did not want to talk to the Drs. Assistant that bad......they put my my call through!!!!! All of that does NOT diminish my satisfaction with my surgical experience OR my Dr's. prompt attention and on time service which was exhibited every time I have been there! :)

Theyre so annoying when it comes to getting through. I stopped going there after my two experiences.
