I'm not sure, however there are a couple of barber shops. The only thing I can think of to tell you 9s to call Fort Jackson information and ask them for the number to the Main Exchange and they should be able to tell you.

Should be at the photo shop. If you want to order basic training photos with your soldier in his uniform in front of the flag, they have those taken at beginning of basic training and will be available to purchase on graduation day at the photo shop outside the field. Also at the shop they will have a option to purchase basic training or graduation videos. Hope that helps.
