Just ask them for a menu. They have them in hand
It's to help the time you wait in the drive thru. They have menus and probably wouldn't mind moving. But they keep you from spending 10+ minutes by letting the cooks and baggers know what's coming
Michael is correct. This saves 1-3 minutes per car which adds up at peak times. Plus it saves you the frustration of correcting the person on the other end because the speaker isn't clear enough.
No its not rediculous "January rush" its save wait time in drive through an plus it gives it more of a personal touch to give your order face to face to a human imstead of over a speaker. And regardimg the menu you can drive up to see the menu, the order taker will either step aside or follow u to the menu to allow you to see it. I go there all the time and they have no problem letting you look at the menu first.
They have menus w/them and it saves time
