Love the chester location. Food is always excellent and the employees are even more awesome. Love everything about it! Thanks for a great experience brittany and Ramon 😁
That's true the food is not as good as it used to be different vendors,.I tried them a few times. To be sure.
Nasty, greasy patty melt, bread soaked in margarine, yuk! Workers not knowledgeable about menu, even fries not good. Very disappointing. Not even grilled onions either. Never again.
Ive only eaten at the first one and 95 99 00 04 08 16 and 18 been pretty consistent
I moved back to Chester in 03 I lived 3yrs in Lando 7yrs in Chester at 107 Dewey St with my parents then we moved to rock hill in 66. I've eaten at batam chef in Chester, rock hill,FT million 2 locations all same menu all same recipes but the franchises had a little Lee way in additions to the menu but couldn't delete any items and one by one watched them shut down except the one on pinkney rd. It one in Shelby and the original one are still going. Now having ate at all but Shelby n the first one I think in union still tastes the same to me except personal items placed by the owners. I hope to get to the two I haven't soon. Sorry you had a bad experience but could have been bad batch of original items. James Randolph Vinson 546 Leslie St Chester, SC Gale Mill section
Yashica sorry to hear the food is not the same standard as you experienced previously. I was born in Chester and remember fondly the hot dogs at the Bantam Chef. I was pleasantly surprised that eventhough management has changed the recipe has not. They have the best hot dogs in my humble opinion
