Possibly your doctor wasn't just a family doctor of which it was the case they could have assigned you another doctor just as easy or possibly it was a specialist and they only had one in House at the present time but I'm sure they'll call you back and tell you where to get treatment I've always had a good experience with them and they have suggested several doctors to me
