I am totally unhappy with my experience at this restaurant employees were drinking and did not help the bartender at all even though it was a slow night and management saw the problem but did nothing to help the situation

This Apple Bee's has gone down hill like a landslide within the last couple years. We went on an empty night. The employees saw us sitting there waiting. Not a soul came over to ask us what we wanted to drink. Finally, one male waiter did. He actually apologized for the actions of others. They messed our meals up twice. Management didn't care either. Although we did get a discount on one of the 4 meals they brought out from the 2 meals we ordered- which was from the 2 for $20 list....not too much to mess up there. Finally well over a half a year later, we decided to give them another try. Again, an empty night. We sat for 15 mins as employees walked around, laughed and chit chatted. Again, not once did one came to our table to ask what we'd like to drink. We left. BYE...never been there since. Will NEVER GO BACK!!! So...DO NOT GO TO APPLE BEE'S ON EARL RD IN SHELBY.

Place was dirty food paper napkins on floor,shrimp was terrible tasted like been micro waved. Order cheese broccoli they sprinkled cheese over and scorched in the micro wave order slaw she forgot it gave me cold fries in stead.Food Service was terrible want be back to Shelby....about worst food ever had.
