This place doesn't allow service dogs. Manager Matt was very rude about it. Will not ever patronize this store again. I have medical conditions and need my dog.

Yes I would report them. Under the law they cannot refuse a service dog

Their signage says service animals are permitted. Was the animal wearing a vest? There are 2 questions most places can ask: Is this a service animal and What Service does the animal provide. Speak to another Manager or report to Corporate!
