We had a young man working outside collecting buggies to come up to us and asked if he could help us load the paint we just bought.

I went into Lowe’s on South Parkway on July 10, 2021 to purchase paint. I went to the paint department where an employee asked me what I needed. Once she began helping me she received a phone call and walked off. The other employee finished helping a customer and walked off. I stood and waited for a bit and walked over and asked if I had been forgotten and not until then did she say the other employee asked her to help me. No communication from either of them to me until I asked. I asked what the woman’s name that first helped me. I then went up to customer service and asked for her to be called up front so I could ask her directly why she just walked off without communicating with me. They called her and told her she had a customer up front that wanted to talk to her. She told them to tell the customer to walk back to her on aisle 5 to talk to her. When I walked back there she rudely ignored me and when I told her I gave her the opportunity to keep the issue between us and since she wanted to be rude and ignore me I would take it up with the store manager, where she then shrugged her shoulders and said “ok”. If this is how Lowe’s wants their employees to treat customers they shouldn’t be in business.
