Our waitress was very attentive and provided excellent service..I've never really been a fan of Mexican food, but I am now! I guess the quality of the food matters..it was standing room only when we left a little after 7..the ambiance is great too..

Absolutely phenomenal Meal was great Natasha was an incredible hostess, very attentive. The staff sang happy birthday and it was absolutely beautiful. Frontera is the place to be, very clean , no long wait time, my food arrived hot and timely!!

Wow, bloody wow, what a treat and experience we had tonight… The wife and I are in town from Charleston, SC visiting her parents and this place came highly recommended. We walked in late, about an hour before closing time but Javier their awesome bar tender told us not to worry and he had all sorted. The next hour was most likely the best experience, food, drink and hot sauce tasting I’ve had in my life. First he made us the best pitcher of strawberry / mango margarita we’ve ever had. I had the Tempora Fish Tacos 🌮 which reminded me of tacos I had in Mexico many years ago that I’ve been craving my whole life. They even have a cart where they make you your own customized guacamole 🥑 from scratch. You get to choose what you want them to put in it. What ? Who does this. What an experience. I nearly fell off the bar stool when Javier told me they had a hot sauce bar. No way, I said but he wasn’t lying. They seriously have 10 different hot sauces to choose from. The hour just flew by but leaving the place I felt like I had a circus in my month. What an experience, what a treat. Just spectacular food, drinks and service all around. 3 Thumbs Up 👍👍👍 and 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us. I think we’ll be back again before we leave back to Charleston Monday.

Rafael if you like Mexican food, Frontera is a great place. 2 weeks ago I was there and ate inside the restaurant, and how always good service.
Not for now, when it slows down we will, what happens is that since we are so busy and we take reservations we won’t be able to please the reservations and folks will get upset if the table is not ready so we do first come first serve.
Not required, but most certainly recommend on the weekends. Unless you like waiting.

I was told when I called one day that they don't take reservations. Curious. I still think they're overrated. I'd rather go to Moe's down the street. Imo Frontera is Chi Chi's rehashed.
Wednesdays are Mariachi nights at the Chicopee Location, would guess the same here!
