do you have reps that will come out to a business to discuss plans?

There's a store in Salem, Va. but they're not very nice or willing to help you if you don't understand your phone. They have great cell phone service but phones and all their stuff is WAY to pricey. I've been with them for 20 yrs but that means nothing. Oh well

I moved to pa. And they service no stores up here. Sucks
