Breakfast is around 6:30 to 7:30...and the food at the mission is a million times better than the rotting slop they feed people at Mary Hall/Higher Ground....used to be Dorothy Day...lunch and dinner there is usually an all you can eat salad bar.
Unsure, but if you get there by 7 am, you should be able to get fed. Lunch is at noon.
