Why can't we get answers to product availability of items in the store?. I wanted to ask if they a certain item, and they said to check online. I wanted to pick it up asap. at the store nearest to me.

The Menards website and app will tell you how many of each item it has at a store. Just select the store you want and look up the item. I do this before I go since there are 4 stores within 20 minutes of me I'll check to make sure 1 store has everything I need.

I either go online my self or if you go to any desk and ask one of the people in the departments they have always been very helpful to me

If you're really having a bad time go to building materials desk an ask for a general manager.trust me action will be taken..

I've never had a problem getting inventory for another store. Maybe ask customer service or ask a different associate. And maybe tell a supervisor as well. Being unhelpful is not a typical characteristic of a Menards emoloyee
