I took my car to Midas for the first time. I have very mixed feelings about my experience. On the one hand (and most importantly), they did seem to fix my car. Terrific! The manager Louis was very helpful in that regard. My issue was with Kevin, who first looked at my vehicle. He misdiagnosed the problem, and he failed to inform me that they could provide me with a loner vehicle for just one dollar a day (a great service, by the way), despite me telling him daily that I needed my car for work. After five days without a car and my sister paying to Uber to work, so I could use her car (I didn't have that option because I have several large tools to transport to and from work each day), Louis took over my service, gave me a loner and correctly diagnosed my issue. Within a day, I had my car back and in working order. Thank you so much, Louis!

I'd. Say around 600-650 including the replacement water pump. The prices vary by the shop as I don't work for Midas. I've had work done there many times because they are professional and do not press work that is not necessary.
