You can park in the Market St garage, one block past towards the police station, the first hour is free. Additional hours are (I believe) $2/hr after the first hour. Some places validate additional hours for parking. However, id recommended trying a block or so off the mall, you can often find something if you have a few minutes to look.
Yes, if you are patient. You can find a spot on the streets around the shop.
No really. Its too close to downtown so theres only street parking for 15 minutes.
