The Center in the Sqaure parking garage is a maximum of $8 per day during the week. They take Visa and MasterCard.

I am unsure as to the amount you must pay during the week, but I do know that the parking garage is free if you go on the weekends.

I parked at the VA Blue Ridge Tourism center and walked over. Not too far and free parking.

I'm pretty sure they do take debit cards. The price depends on the day you go, but it's usually pretty cheap.
