What the difference is, mush has a slightly bigger corn meal in it. Pudding has smaller corn meal so It has smoother consistency.
Here is a relatable answer. Neeses' is liver pudding. Frank Corrier, Macks, ect. Is livermush. Pudding contains less cornmeal than mush. What they sell I've had and has consistency of liver pudding and is absolutely delicious! They cook it right.
