I would call them. There are guest passes but usually related to someone with a student card... But they host swim meets so often i wouldn't be surprised if they could accommodate you. Worse to worse, you can always contact someone related to the university. The students are friendly, one may vouch for you just because you walk up and ask.
You can only purchase a guest pass through someone's connection to Georgia Tech (student, alumni, faculty, staff) .
Do not think so as entry is by card.
