Are there stick built homes in Linville Land Harbor that are not attached to a mobile or Park model? If so how do we locate them? Thank U. Patti

Hi Chris, Thank u so much for your v timely repair. The challenge we are incurring is that the homes are very nicely done and there is not an apparent inclusion of a park model or mtg home. We have no issues with these homes other than our financial source will not approve them. Frustrating! We love the area and amenities. Thanks again.Patti

There are stick built homes all through Land harbor. Finding them is easy. You are allowed to drive around in Land harbor freely. There is no gate
