To be honest, I don't know of any golf course that allows pets on. This is an iconic golf course and I would be fairly certain the answer would be no pets on the course. I did see a woman walking her dog from the beach down a path back to her residence on a leash though.
The purse is 12 million. Winner gets 3(?) Second gets 1 and so on scaled down if you made the cut

Thank you for your question, James. Walking is required at all times on The Ocean Course, except during June, July and August when carts are allowed for golfers teeing off after 10am.
