Times are by appointment from about 9am til 7 or 9 pm I think. You meet at the south end of central park.
Go their website to set a reservation. They go pretty late. This time of year Sun goes down around 4:30 p.m. so if your looking for night time ride Any time reservation after 5 it will be dark. Once you make the reservation they send all the detailed info to you. They also send a 24 hr and 2 he reminder email. It is across from the Essex hotel. Look for their emblem on the front of the carriage. Do not talk to anyone trying to sell you a ride. You are asked to get to pick up point 30 to 45 min early so keep that in mind when making the reservation.
