I have not seen a more content and happy seeming horses anywhere. The driver clearly loves his horse and is very well behaved. I am going to be using the same company whenever I take a carriage ride.
My friends came from Michigan they are owners, trainers and own a tack shop out there. I literally walked them right over to the actual stables where the horses are. They walked in checked out entire place and the horses. They told me horses were healthy, the space exceeded what is needed and everything looked on the up and up. I live in columbus circle and am a big animal lover. I trust them on EVERYTHING they said. Go to the stables yourself, they will gladly give you access... They have NOTHING to hide, which I also liked
