I would've said high school age, 14+, but I guess in a group with older family members 12+ could work. I think most of the tasks are beyond most children.
Most of it is riddles, so smaller children will be bored. I would say 10+, but im not sure.
Depends on the age of the child - I have seen a baby with a group once....So I would assume that you could bring any age....it just depends on how much you want it to participate ^_^
It does really depend on the child. Players under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. My child was 5, almost 6, the first time she played and she actually helped solve a puzzle. But she loves puzzles and mysteries.
I took my son and he is only 7 but he loved it, it was actually for his BD and he enjoyed it so much. So I think it's about what the child is interested in as you might take older people and yet they might get bored too. Bottom line I think the minimum age is 7
My 11(loved it) and 13(not so much) went with me. I would say definitely 10+ for kids. Older the better....lots of complicated riddles....make you think outside the box, which kids are good at doing:)
