No, pets are absolutely not allowed, in any Walmart for that matter. They actually have a big sign on the front door/entrance (company policy) of no pets, only Service animals. It's a healthcode violation, and as much as it's illegal. Only Service dogs/ponies are allowed.
People bring them in all the time. Nobody says anything.
