I took my car in for a recall at 9 (8:30 ish really but I only counted the time when the appointment was supposed to start) that wasn't supose to take longer than 2 hours. I call after 4 and one of the recalls they didn't have the parts needed for my scheduled appointment and it "just arrived" and they just started on it. Ok, that's fine I'll wait a few more hours. I call after 3 more hours and they don't have a tool needed to finish repair. No one called to inform me of my car being held another day or anything. I called each time. My grandmother waited at my house with me for 5 of the hours till she absolutely couldn't stay any more (my grandfather has Dementia among other health issues.) I understand why she couldn't stay, and if they had told me about all these issues she could have been with him sooner. I know that's kind of my just ranting, but it would have been more professional to inform me so I could plan accordingly and not make my grandmother wait for no reason. I honestly thought this Farris would be better than the one in Jefferson city where I bought my car, (I had a lot of issues with them too) but I guess not. If there's another recall I will more than likely go elsewhere I don't care if it's out of town. Sorry again for the rant, I'm sure you guys have some great workers, but I don't trust either Farris anymore, sorry.

I drive a ford. Got tired of rude people. Went across the street. To Dodge. Amazing what you will do when angry. Talked to Charles in service dept. he said what can I do to help? I’m a customer for life. Just can’t give my money to people who treat me badly.

No pressure they didn't try to talk me into something else. They let me take my time to decide. I bought a Jeep Cherokee latitude. That was not what I went to look at but I love it.
