Why, when we are sent over 5 miles, don't we get paid for mileage to the pick up? I have recently been sent over 10 miles to pick up a ride and the ride only paid $2.62. Not worth the trouble.

Question. If you ignore rides, doesn't that count against you?

How we can make 1200 dls a week With 70% of call are less than 5 $ If you're lucky a lot are 2.60 cents.. & the gas prices are going up & plus we pick up now Medical pick ups & some of them want to stop at grocery stores or going with another person & make a other stop So we don't know If is there are medical trips or Regular call

I always ignore pickups over 10 miles UNLESS they are in a remote area [ex: far north Scottsdale, cave creek etc]. Not worth the gamble. You lose money otherwise.

I take lyft 6 days a week, Going to clinic 27 ave.&Camelback, the GPS sends the driver to 32 ave But my address is 33 ave, most days the driver looks at address and gets to my address but some days ,this morning, they dont even call 2 drivers just left me,and the 3rd time people are getting upset at me because the drivers are saying there there and I'm not ,I am lost as to a solution. Any ideas

You don't get paid until the passenger is in your car. No one gets paid while on the way to pick up a passenger. The passenger only pays for the time you pick them up till you drop them off.

They won't tell me why they took 50% of one ride and only .5% of a ride the same distance and time...? Told me it wasn't prime time...
