Lemuel was the most disrespectful driver I have ever had. First of the cdc announced with the president that the mask mandate is over and he was so persistent on making me cover my face. He was absolutely racist claiming that black people don’t use fetnal imposing that white people are the only ones on it. He asked me for directions then argued with me on the way I told him to go. Not to mention almost crashed twice. I would advise lift to let him go. Immediately before lift catches a lawsuit.

The Lyft app allows drivers to game the system in getting higher rates, rewards drivers cancelling on passengers, and does not allow abuse to be reported in the app. I'm angry and sad right now. I don't even fully have the words. I just missed my surgery appointment because a Lyft driver kept taking my ride requests, cancelling them, and then re-accepting them. I was standing on the side of my house as the Driver watched me, smiling as he cancelled, driving by. He did this multiple times, each time Lyft charged me more money. Was he doing this just to mess with me? Was he doing this to increase the rate as each time the rate on Lyft increased? I don't know. But this went on for 45 minutes as the Lyft app would not assign me a new driver. The app kept matching me with the same driver. The same driver who kept driving past me, cancelling my ride. I needed that ride to my surgeon. What pure and utter heartlessness to continually cancel a ride while staring at someone. To make this right, I would appreciate $50 to cover future to-and-from my surgeon when I reschedule, for the driver to be disciplined, and for the algorithm to change. If a Driver cancels, they do not get the right to rematch with that rider. But really, nothing makes this right because I missed my appointment. I'm in so much pain and Lyft prolonged it.

HUGE WARNING.. be careful after you sign up you will be on your own. There's no supply or a human to speak with. Everything is automated by a phone and no matter what options you oick for help you will not get a human. They fish through your phone and will charge any credit card number they can find and you can't stop it. There is zero support. No persons to speak with. Do your research before they hook you and drain your account and any account they can find that may be in your phone or if you had a friend send a lift in the past they will go and charge that person without permission any card you have associated with they start using without permission and will keep charging because they have no humans to talk with. If your in an accident don't expect them to help no matter what options you pick it will be ignore. Be careful with this company. I Posted pics of proof The lift car I rented is at the lyft location I got it from. They keep charging me $265 per week then when I took my card off they found a friend's card that sent me a lift a year ago and started charging him for it. I got that card stopped and they found another card that was in their system from a long time ago another friend has sent a lift for me and they charged almost 3 weeks on that one and the system will not allow you to remove all cards if you do they keep charging whatever card number that they can find that you may have used in your phone. Driver support.... Your on your own. And even charged a friends credid card that was 1not on my app. They had ro have searched my devices to get it.

Download the Lyft app and put in for the ride you can schedule it and it will tell you an estimate of cost

What he said. The inspection is free for Lyft and takes no time at all. Uber has a free inspection at their location as well.

Steven, You can advance schedule a ride using your Lyft app. Reminder: Drivers only keep a portion of the Lyft fees, so tipping your Lyft driver for good service is just as appropriate as tipping your food server or your bartender for good service. And remember that with increased gas costs, rider tips are the only way a driver can recoup those costs. Your tips can be paid in cash to the driver, or can be added onto your fare thru the app after each trip. Best practice is to ask your driver which tip payment method they prefer.
