Are we allowed to walk in and just view the dogs up for adoption? My family is thinking about getting a new puppy that we saw on PetFinder.

You can, but you must be careful of going in and out of DogTown. You can view the dogs. You must let the staff at DogTown know if you plan to enter DogTown with your own dog
