The smell in this store is absolutely HORRIBLE. I went in for the first time today and didn't last 60 seconds in there before my child had to go outside because he almost threw up.

Horrible horrible, the owner Jen is so rude I just read through all these reviews and Jen’s responses to the negative comments are very unprofessional brining up issues with someone’s landlord. The dogs are not well taken care of, for the poor employees that do so much work get get payed barley anything. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!

I recently worked with Amanda to adopt my rescue pup. He’s the perfect addition to my home and Amanda was so helpful and knowledgeable, and even told me to reach out directly to her if I had any questions after I brought the dog home. The entire process, from the time I filled out the application to the time I brought him home, took less than a week. It’s also an added bonus that they offer a discount on food and supplies for the life of the dog. Overall great experience and I couldn’t be happier with my new addition!

You can, but you must be careful of going in and out of DogTown. You can view the dogs. You must let the staff at DogTown know if you plan to enter DogTown with your own dog

Yes, they groom all varieties of dogs just call either Colmar, or New Britain.
Yes, however you have to explain how your dogs interacts, with others, the exact care your dogs needs, and which location is best. There are two locations in Colmar, and New Britain. There are daycare dogs, dogs you can adopt, and cats, but not cat daycare, I don't think. DogiTown is the most interactive dog, and cat specific place, I've known, but there are rules that important to follow, for you and the pets,or friends.
Correct! I rescued 2 dogs from "Dog town" and paid $300 each, which included cost of neutering both. Worth every penny, GREAT dogs!!!!!!!!
I took our dog home the same day we delivered the paperwork. This is NOT how it's supposed to go, but that's the way it went. If you haven't heard from them 2-3 business days after you dropped off papers, give them a call.
