We live in florida most of the winter, but would love to come back to my hometown in the metropolitan area. Can we set up a trailer there for when we need to come visit and see our doctors in NY?

Fountainhead is a manufactured home community for permanent homes, not RV trailers. Check out Indian Rock in Jackson NJ which is for trailers and motorhomes.
