Yes park is open, Beach and other areas are under construction.
Park, pond and trails are open, only downfall is construction which is making the beach into a recreation center
You can fish have a picnic but there's a lot of construction going on
Its open for riding bikes, walking,fishing and Park use. But the beach area is closed due to the construction.
