Me too! I was referred to a new Pain Management doctor recently. I will let you know if they are anywhere as good.

This has been most traumatic for me. If anyone finds a good replacement please let me know. I don’t think he retired- I think it’s more than that and I am heartbroken.

I’ve been with Dr Rollins for years as well. He and Dr Sheahan are good eggs. I had an appointment with Dr Smith yesterday, and she was very nice. She is the only doctor there right now. I have no idea what the mass exodus is all about, but she herself also seemed stressed. It would be hard to step in and try to cover all of the patients that had been covered by multiple doctors. That’s a no-win situation for all involved. I too hope to find Dr Rollins practicing again (hopefully somewhere in Canton or Woodstock), but until then I’m going to give Dr Smith a real chance. I think she stepped into an impossible situation, maybe, and needs to get her bearings. We’ll see how it goes.

Dr. Sheahan, Dr. Rollins, Mary, and half the staff "retired" one day out of nowhere... Very suspect. Dr. Sheahan is at Summit Spine now. I haven't been able to find Dr. Rollins yet. I don't blame our doctors, but this whole thing is super sketchy. Now there is one doctor to cover all of their patients and from what I've heard people are going to their appointments and sitting there for 4-5 hours and then told they won't be seen. Prescriptions are not being filled. It's crazy and a bad move on their part.

I heard he retired. I was shocked! Idk what to do…I’ve been with him for almost 20yrs!😭 They called to cancel my upcoming appointment & I asked where he went. I’m sure Dr.Smith is backed up since she is trying to get to know all of the patients if she took over all of his patients. Are any of the Dr’s there? Or is it just her?

Update 7:16pm: Upon further review of the information on the practice website where I found Dr Rollins’ photo and bio, it does appear to be current because it shows Dr Rollins as retired. It appears he is on that practice’s website because he endorses the practice. Dr Sheehan is listed as an active physician with the same practice.
