Its a little better now but limited to a few places. It should be good enough for emails, but I would not upload any thing bigger than 1Mb.

The only places I know where there is service is the WiFi in the mess hall and the admin building
The camp has a few WiFi spots, but is dependent on a slow and spotty local ISP. We have a few fathers who spend some time in the town of Clayton during the day in order to get good work done.
It was painfully slow in 2016. Not sure if it's gotten better in the meantime. Also there lounge wasn't air conditioned.
