The watermelon is no problem Food Stamps will buy any type of fresh fruit or vegetable. Food stamps or EBT card will not pay for Hot in store cooked food. The exception there is the bread in the bakery and the deli sliced meat.

I dont think you can purchase hot food with food stamps but cold food you can.
