I left some Towels and a shower curtain to be monogrammed after having them multiple things for me in the past. 8 weeks later I stopped by because I hadn’t heard from them. They told me they hadn’t don’t them yet. I told them it had been 8 weeks and that seemed like a long time, I had family coming in town and was disappointed mot yo have them. There was no apology or promise to get it done. Two weeks later I stopped by again. I gave them my name and, again, they said it wasn’t finished. I asked them just to give me my items. I went down the street to E&J and they were finished beautifully in 2 days. I’m sorry but NO ONE is that busy. After years of taking things to them, I will not be back.
