Yeah. Repeated issue for us. I have to call the grocery line and even then - they cannot get in touch with location. I'll even try fitting room and other places to get ahold of somebody.
For all delivery issues, go to the app, find the order in your order history, view details, then tap on "initiate a return." For your example, mark ALL ITEMS as being returned, and check "missing item." If necessary, the app will give you a number to call to complete the return.
If I were you, I would certainly try another location and speak to the Manager I'm sure they could give you some guidance.
