I'm not sure... about the call service, but there Dine in and Drive thru service have been superb... a little work on efficiency, but overall my experience has been great.
It doesn't surprise me. Every time we come here their drive thru service and customer service sucks.
It depends on the day. I've called them and some times they're super busy and some times they pick up right away. If they hang up on you then go over and talk to the manager they're pretty good about it.
I mostly use their dine-in option. Most of the time, they're busy, simple as that. While the customer service isn't amazing, what's really been lacking at that location seems to be the experience and training. Very high turnover rate, while those who have been there for a while know what they're doing, unfortunately, this isn't the majority of the staff there.
It's been good for me, but I don't put up with poor customer service.
