We went as a big group to get ice cream and such. While waiting for the food to come out the food handlers at two separate locations were handling both food and using their personal cell phones and ear buds at the same time while handling food. It was not a clean environment for serving food. I had spoken to one of the handlers about it but nothing came of it. Pretty disappointed in the way the food was being handled at this location

Sat in the drive thru line for 30 mins. 24 cars deep. Got to the order screen. She could only say “k” k” k” when responding. Messed up our order had to fix it at the window. She then closed the door after taking the card and screamed at the top of her lungs, we then went to the next window to wait to get our food and was “greeted” aggressively with our items. We asked for extra sauce multiple times for nuggets. Got home No sauce in the bag. No straw. Plain cheeseburger had ketchup and onions on it. Nuggets we’re hard. Just all around horrible. How is this place open? It’s not a labor shortage it’s a wage shortage. Attract some real “talent” and pay an extra few dollars an hour. This McDonald’s used to be the only trust worthy place after 11pm will never come back again.

I was served quickly, especially considering how busy it was and how short staffed they were!! I was treated with kindness and respect. The order (which was very large, 9 kids and 4 adults) was hot and fresh and every substitution and alteration were perfectly correct, which pretty much never happens with as many meals/combos and kids meals we ordered, and 3 of 14 meals had something special, minus this, add that, extra this, light that, etc etc... on top of all this, they gave us a good amount of dips and condiments without having to ask for them, or be charged $0.25 each, like many other places do. And the young lady, I think her name was Rhiannon... she was patient and just so pleasant with us as she took our order, and repeated things back to me, to be sure she heard right. Just an overall amazing experience, we WILL be going back and I definitely would recommend this location!!!

Aren't you supposed to be 24hours? You're always closed 2am-330am. If you don't want to work or be open during those hours, then kindly update your official store times to match. That way customers won't waste their time driving there after their graveyard shift looking for dinner.😑 Note: Not the first time I've got here to see this. I understand that when the delivery truck is here you have to close to get stuff done. However in the past few days, 3 times I've been coming here for after-work dinner and both sides of the Drive-Thru were closed with no delivery truck in sight. Whatcha guys up to? Sleeping?
