Yes. It is suitable BUT I'd advise against it depending on the day considering the age for playground is 10 and under. On busy days/nights, there are a lot of kids there and of course the playground can be a bit busy with many of the kids being older than 1 running through there so you'll probably be on guard a lot. Also, I'm not sure the price as when we go, we get the bundled deal ($16 for skating, playground etc).
