Not at all. It's just a room full of puzzles. It's not physically straining. However, you might have to bend down a lot in some of the rooms.
No they are not physically hard to do. They make you use your brain to figure out the puzzles you have to solve. It's a lot of fun. If you get stuck they will give you up to 3 clues.
This question is one I can't answer. The only thing that I know about the escape rooms is there a apartments there.
