If lunch time is peak hours, why not have more people staffed during that time? It makes no since to wait more than 20 minutes for tiny burgers, fries and a pop!! You all are NOT cooking a 10 course meal!!

I went to White Castle on Roosevelt and Western and this black cubby. Guy act like he nice. He had the cook give me my food damn near raw. Cost $7 . The number one only 20 minutes ago. I hate people like that mess with your food. He should be punished. I put 2 burgers in the Microwave I am afraid to eat the other 2 might. have personal fluid in them

20 minutes is not bad at all but, undercooked food it contaminated. But it's also best to be patient.
