I wish to bring in a party of 12 on 12/4 and have called several times to make sure Roadhouse can accommodate them at 4 PM. I've received no answer or been left on hold. How can I speak to someone without trekking 20 miles to see what we can do?

12/4 is a Saturday and they open earlier. Yes they can accommodate, just ask for the manager, Monika. She should be there today, I believe. It would be helpful to call ahead to save the area.

You will probably get someone at or around 4pm when they open up. You can try 3. But they will be able to accommodate you with a party of 12. They do stay real busy. Good Luck!
