I GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!!!! Ordered 2 double bacon croissants for $6.00 and 2 double sausage croissants for $6.00. First issue: only received 2 croissants. Waited for rest of order. Second issue: received one single bacon instead of a double. Check your order. I was cheated out of a double bacon croissant. Third issue: i received COKE instead of DIET COKE. NO! I WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANY REPEAT BUSINESS!!

This particular location has real problems, enough so that I won't come here without adequate time to wait on my food. So, the food was slow, which is an issue, but worse than that.. the real issue is the lack of training and horrible language coming from staff that I can't see but hear very easily. I watched a manager reem a guy out in front of everyone, a very unprofessional way to handle an issue between managers and staff. Do it in an office in back. Then last, the receipt paper was out or not working. I like to get receipts, to check my order etc., but not happening here today. Food is good, but this location needs an area supervisor to do some work on the people working here.

These people that work for this place don't know the worth of investing R investments . To take someone's business n run it in the ground. I wouldn't want them to serve my dog water. They r discusting and unprofessional at this location on scenic in the shopping area of publix. They speak to u like u have to b there. They don't have reciets to give no personality. I wouldn't eat in a place like this for your spirit can not go over my food. Corporate needs to go there n clean up the staff n maybe pay more n treat them better. But for now no king in this burger place.

This is the second time I have come to this establishment and they are missing a food item. I came for breakfast one morning and they stated they didn’t not have any sausages but 90% of the breakfast menu has sausage. So I tried it again a week later thinking okay maybe before they didnt get a truck or something. Not the case I'm guessing. This time they stated they did not have any biscuits. This Burger King never has anything so please don’t waste your time. Go find a different establishment that will utilize your hard earned money to ensure they have products.
